The first consult is always free. After that, any phone call, email, or correspondence of any kind will be charged at an hourly rate. This also includes any messages received on any social media messaging system. 

Each and every case is different and comes with a different plan. You will go over those plans in your consult. 

Non-payment will result in immediate collections and court. You have 15 days to pay your statement before it is turned over.
